About Marcia Wibisono

Marcia Wibisono is a Founding Partner of Law Office Yang & Co and one of the most experienced corporate and litigation lawyers in Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) from Universitas Trisakti, a Master of Laws in Business Law (Magister Hukum) from Universitas Indonesia, and an LL.M. from the prestigious University of Melbourne Law School, where she was appointed Research Assistant at the Asian Law Centre due to her outstanding academic performance.

With over two decades of practice, Marcia brings deep expertise in Corporate Law, Foreign Direct Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Litigation, and Energy & Natural Resources. Over the course of her distinguished career, she has advised mining companies, plantation companies, oil companies, insurance firms, and banks, and has been involved in high-profile litigation, complex acquisitions, joint ventures, and secured lending transactions. She is also an active lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti.
