Christian Yang, SH, LL.M, CLA, CMLC had completed his Bachelor of Laws (SH) from the University of Tarumanagara in 2010. After considerable years of legal practice, Christian continued her further study abroad and obtained Master of Laws (LL.M) specializing in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, in 2016. Motivated by a strong desire for academic growth, Christian pursued further studies in the field of Certified Legal Auditor. His dedication led him to obtain official certification from the state, earning his CLA designation in 2023. In 2025, he further expanded his expertise by obtaining the Certified Mining Legal Consultant (CMLC) certification, strengthening his qualifications in the mining sector.

Christian has extensive experiences in legal practice as a lawyer in Indonesia for over a decade and and in-depth knowledge in the practice including mergers & acquisitions, corporate, commercial law and business contracts including joint ventures, banking and finance, restructuring, insolvency and company liquidation, business establishment, intellectual property right, general corporate and many more.

Christian is admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and fully qualified to represent the client before the court in Indonesia. He is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, Hokkien and Mandarin.
