ANNOUNCEMENT RE COMPANY FOLDER

Dear Clients,

As a follow up to our announcement dated 19 September 2014 and as currently announced by the

Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (“BKPM”), please be informed as follows:

1. Starting from 17 November 2014, all companies in the form of a legal entity in Indonesia
   (“Companies”) shall upload all of its company’s documents to the Company Folder in the
   SPIPISE (Sistem Pelayanan Informasi dan Perizinan Investasi Secara Elektronik/Electronic Information and Investment License Service System) as a database of the company’s documents;
2. Starting from 1 December 2014, BKPM will no longer receive any application if all of the company’s documents have not been uploaded to the Company Folder;
3. Starting from 15 December 2014, all services by BKPM (except Importers Identification Number and foreign manpower licenses) will be carried out by online services.

Further, for Companies that have not registered itself on the SPIPISE, please consider this as a gentle reminder.
