Marco Mengko

Marco Mengko, SH obtained his Bachelor of Laws (SH) from the University of Atma Jaya Jakarta. Marco is one of the Partners who leads the Litigation practice in the firm. Having worked in other law firms prior to joining the firm for more than ten years, he is now focusing in the litigation area of practice.
 
Marco has extensive experiences and in-depth knowledge in the practice including handling civil, criminal, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, arbitration, intellectual property right, industrial relation (employment), land dispute and family related litigation cases. In handling litigation cases, his main objective is to provide the best legal service in defending the client’s legal rights and to give the client the best and effective solution in resolving the dispute at the same time protecting the client’s interest in accordance with the prevailing law.
 
Besides involving in the practice of Litigation, Marco also advises and handles corporate and non-litigation legal matters involving domestic as well as international companies. During his practice, Marco has involved in wide range of legal corporate practices such as general corporate, foreign investments, financing, labor & employment, intellectual property right, acquisition transaction, built operate and transfer project and mining.
 
Marco is admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and fully qualified to represent the client before the court in Indonesia. Marco is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
